Consent Forms for TSYS and InstaMed
The purpose of a consent form is for the card holder to give the practice permission to store their credit card information as a unique token ID in the system. Any sensitive information such as the credit card number or the CVV number is not stored in the system. Forms Enhanced Template - You must use the Forms Enhanced template when creating the form. Electronic Signature - To save the form electronically on a patient's account, the practice must use an e-signature pad. Printing the form - After the card holder agrees to store their card data, by token ID, in the application you can print the form and give it to the card holder for their records. Credit Card on File - TSYS Express Processing
TSYS Express processing enables you to store a credit card on file for patient payments by utilizing a unique token ID. This feature expedites the payment process for patients who use a credit card, or FSA/HSA card for payment. All card data is stored on the Account Profile window > Credit Card on File tab. More than one credit card can be stored on the patient's account in NextGen® Enterprise PM Only one credit card can be active A blue push-pin displays on the Credit Card on File tab of the Account Profile window when an active credit card is on file for a patient. The Account Lookup window opens. Search and open the required account. The Account Profile window opens. Select the Credit Card on File tab. Select Print Consent Form.
