Consent Forms for TSYS and InstaMed

The purpose of a consent form is for the card holder to give the practice permission to store their credit card information as a unique token ID in the system. Any sensitive information such as the credit card number or the CVV number is not stored in the system. Forms Enhanced Template - You must use the Forms Enhanced template when creating the form. Electronic Signature - To save the form electronically on a patient's account, the practice must use an e-signature pad. Printing the form - After the card holder agrees to store their card data, by token ID, in the application you can print the form and give it to the card holder for their records. Print a Consent Form

Hide or Unhide Card Data on File

On the Credit Card on File tab, you can hide card data for inactive cards. After you hide the data, you can display the hidden data to review the previous cards on file. Access the Account Profile window and select the Credit Card on File tab. To hide an expired or inactive card: In the Card on File section, select the applicable cards. Select the open menu button and select Hide. Note: If you select an active card, the application will not let you hide the active card. You must make the active card inactive and then you can hide the card. To display the hidden cards, select the open menu button and select Show Hidden. Enter Credit Card and eCheck Payments in Transaction Entry

All electronic credit card and Echeck payments for clients using TSYS Express must go through the VeriFone device or the TSYS Express webform. The VeriFone device enables you to accept electronic payments when you have an active connection to the internet. You can make electronic credit card and eCheck payments in the following ways: Swipe or insert a credit card on the VeriFone device Key data into the VeriFone device Utilize the Card on File function For details on printing a credit card receipt on the Payment Entry window, see Print a Credit Card Receipt. Credit Card Reconciliation- TSYS Express

This section explains how to reconcile credit transactions between your enterprise or practice and TSYS Express. You can use the vendor website reports to reconcile the vendor transactions against the daily payment report. You can contact TSYS Express for information on how to run and download report data.
