Modify Multiple Tasks for Different Sources
Open
NextGen® Enterprise PM
.
Select
Tasks
>
Worklog Manager
or from the main toolbar select the
Worklog
button.
The
Enterprise Worklog Manager
window opens.
Enter the necessary search criteria, and then select
Find
to display the task list.
Select the checkbox of the tasks you want to modify or choose the
Select All
option to modify all tasks in the list.
Right-click and select
Open
.
The
Edit Tasks
window displays with the tasks you selected, listed in the
Edit Task List
section. The
Task Info
tab is blank.
Select the checkbox above each field that you want to change.
Make the field changes, and then select
OK
.

Modify Multiple Tasks for the Same Source
Open NextGen® Enterprise PM. Select Tasks > Worklog Manager or from the main toolbar select the Worklognull button. The Enterprise Worklog Manager window opens. Enter the necessary search criteria, and then select Find to display the task list. Select and double-click the desired task or right-click the task, and then select Open. The Edit Task window opens for the task you want to update. The window displays with the Task Info tab selected by default. Edit Task window Note: The Task Info tab is the only tab that can be used to make multiple task changes. Select the source type that you want to make changes to by selecting the drop-down arrow in the Open Tasks Filter field. You can choose a specific source type or all source types. Select the checkboxes in the Open Task related to this Source section for the tasks that you want to modify. Note: You can select or clear all the checkboxes by right- clicking on the Open Tasks related to this Source section. The Task Info tab now displays

Follow-up on a Task
Open NextGen® Enterprise PM. Select Tasks > Worklog Manager or from the main toolbar select the Worklognull button. The Enterprise Worklog Manager window opens. Enter the necessary search criteria, and then select Find to display the task list. If you want to open the tasks specifically assigned to you as a user, you can select the My Tasks button on the Enterprise Worklog Manager window, or you can access them through the Tasks section of the Advisor window. Select and double-click the desired task or right-click the task, and then select Open. The Edit Task window opens for the task you want to update. Edit Task window From the Task Info tab, enter notes on task progress in the Details section each time you work on the task. Select Ctrl+Shift D to add the current date, time, and signature to your notes. This is a free-form text field. Optional: Change the date in the Follow Up Dt field. Start to Work on a Task

Add an Encounter Note
Open NextGen® Enterprise PM. Select Tasks > Worklog Manager or from the main toolbar select the Worklognull button. The Enterprise Worklog Manager window opens. Enter the necessary search criteria, and then select Find to display the task list. If you want to open the tasks specifically assigned to you as a user, you can select the My Tasks button on the Enterprise Worklog Manager window, or you can access them through the Tasks section of the Advisor window. Select and double-click the desired task or right-click the task, and then select Open. The Edit Task window opens for the task you want to update. Complete Multiple Tasks
Open NextGen® Enterprise PM. Select Tasks > Worklog Manager or from the main toolbar select the Worklognull button. The Enterprise Worklog Manager window opens. Select all the tasks to mark as complete, right-click, and then select Open. The Edit Task window appears. Select the appropriate status and priority from the list. and then select the Status and Priority checkboxes. Select the Completion Dt checkbox, and then select the appropriate completion date. Select the Completed By checkbox, and then select your user name from the list. Select OK. A confirmation message displays prompting you to confirm the completion of multiple tasks. Select Yes. A confirmation message of the task completions displays.

Create Multiple Tasks from a Report
Open NextGen® Enterprise PM. Select Reports from the main menu and run the report you want to generate the tasks. Note: Additionally, after generating a report from the Report Server, you can assign tasks to a user based on the data on the report. Select the Assign TasksNull button on the reports toolbar. The Add Tasks from Report window appears. Add Tasks from Report window Set up the task by completing the fields on this window. Select OK. An application message displays indicating the number of tasks generated based on the report the task is being generated from. Select Yes to mass create this task. To view a listing of these tasks, open the Worklog Manager window and generate a search using the same task type as used in creating the tasks.
