Create Multiple Tasks from a Report

  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
  2. Select Reports from the main menu and run the report you want to generate the tasks.
  3. Select the Assign TasksNull button on the reports toolbar.
    The Add Tasks from Report window appears.

  4. Set up the task by completing the fields on this window.
  5. Select OK.
    An application message displays indicating the number of tasks generated based on the report the task is being generated from.
  6. Select Yes to mass create this task.
  7. To view a listing of these tasks, open the Worklog Manager window and generate a search using the same task type as used in creating the tasks.
