You can manually update the Advisor window, which provides quick, at-a-glance details about practice locations and providers, to view a real-time summary of information and statistics, especially if the nightly update process fails to run.
CAUTION:
The
Advisor Update is a database-intensive process that requires a large amount of system resources that affect users on the system.
NextGen Healthcare recommends that this process be run after business hours and after all users have logged off from the system.
- Open NextGen® Enterprise PM, and select .
- In the confirmation message that appears, select Yes to continue and run the process.
When the process is completed, an application message appears stating that the Advisor Update is successfully completed.
- Select OK.
