Run the Advisor Update Process

The statistics and information displayed on the Advisor window is automatically updated by an Advisor Update process that is scheduled to run each night. If for some reason the nightly process does not run, the Advisor can be updated by manually running the process.

  1. Access NextGen® Enterprise PM.
  2. From the File menu, select Processes, and then Advisor Update.
  3. The following prompt appears:
    The Advisor Update process is extremely database intensive and should only be run after hours. This process could take several minutes to several hours to run and will impact all users currently on the system. Are you sure you want to continue?

  4. To continue and run the process, select Yes.
  5. When the process is complete, the following prompt appears: Advisor Update successfully completed.
  6. To close the prompt, select OK.
