Unhide a Program Enrollment

You can unhide a patient's program enrollment if needed from the Patient Chart in NextGen® Enterprise PM. For example, if an enrollment was hidden in error, you can unhide it. Note: Unhiding a program enrollment in NextGen® Enterprise PM activates it on the BH-Program Enrollment template in NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Access the Patient Chart. Select the Patient Information tab, and then the Programs sub-tab. Existing program enrollments for the patient are listed. Select the Show hidden programs check box. From the list, select a program enrollment to unhide and then do one of the following: Select Open Menu and then select Hide. Right-click and then select Hide. Double-click to open the program enrollment, then deselect the Hide check box, and then select OK. The program enrollment is unhidden and the Hide icon is removed. Hide a Program Enrollment

You can hide a patient's program enrollment if needed from the Patient Chart in NextGen® Enterprise PM. For example, if you enrolled the patient in the wrong program, you can hide the enrollment to prevent users from linking that program to encounters. When a program enrollment has been hidden, that program is not available for selection on encounters for the patient. If a program enrollment is hidden after the program was linked to one or more patient encounters, the program remains linked to those encounters for reporting purposes. Note: NextGen® Enterprise PM removes it from the BH-Program Enrollment template in NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Access the Patient Chart. Select the Patient Information tab, and then the Programs sub-tab. Existing program enrollments for the patient are listed. Modify a Program Enrollment

You can modify a patient's program enrollment if needed from the Patient Chart in NextGen® Enterprise PM. Access the Patient Chart. Select the Patient Information tab, and then the Programs sub-tab. Existing program enrollments for the patient are listed. To modify a program enrollment, select it from the list and then do one of the following: Select Open Menu and then select Open. Right-click and then select Open. Double-click to open the enrollment. The [Patient Name] - Program Enrollment window opens. The Program Category, Program and Program Enrollment Date fields are disabled and cannot be modified. Program Enrollment window In the Program Primary Provider field, select the provider responsible for directing and managing the patient's program, if applicable. The primary provider may or may not render services under the program. In the Program Location field, select a location for the program. This may be used for clinical purposes in NextGen® Enterprise EHR and is informational on

You can quickly view a patient’s general, demographic, and encounter-based information through the Patient Information Bar as you work in the patient chart in NextGen® Enterprise PM. The information includes patient alerts, appointments, insurance, balances, NextGen® PxP Portal status, and recall plans.
