You can hide a patient's program enrollment if needed from the
Patient Chart in
NextGen® Enterprise PM. For example, if you enrolled the patient in the wrong program, you can hide the enrollment to prevent users from linking that program to encounters.
When a program enrollment has been hidden, that program is not available for selection on encounters for the patient. If a program enrollment is hidden after the program was linked to one or more patient encounters, the program remains linked to those encounters for reporting purposes.
Note: NextGen® Enterprise PM removes it from the BH-Program Enrollment template in NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
