View an Archived Recall Letter from the Patient Recall Window
- Access the Patient Recall window for the desired patient.
- Select the recall plan for which the letter is to be viewed, and then do one of the following:
- Select the Open Menu button and select View from the menu.
- Right-click and select View from the menu.
- Select the Letters button and select View from the menu.
Note: The View menu is available for selection only if the Archive Letters > Recall check box is enabled in Enterprise Preferences > General. - From the View menu, select one of the following:
- 1st Letter Sent
- 2nd Letter Sent
- 3rd Letter Sent
- Only letters that were previously generated and archived can be selected from the View menu. If a letter has not yet been archived, the menu option to view that letter is grayed-out and unavailable for selection.
The Letter Preview window opens.
- When finished viewing, select the Close Preview
button on the letter preview toolbar.
Note: Archived letters cannot be reprinted. Therefore, the Print Dialogand Quick Print
buttons are not available on the letter preview toolbar.
