Patient Recall Window
- Access the Patient Recall window.
- Select the recall plan for which a letter is to be printed.
- Do one of the following:
- Select the Open Menu button and select Print.
- Right-click and select Print.
- Select the Letters button and select Print.
Note: The availability of the 1st Letter, 2nd Letter, 3rd Letter and Mailing Labels options from the Print menu is dependent on the Recall Letters settings for the recall plan in File Maintenance. For example, if only the 1st Letter and Mailing Labels options are selected in File Maintenance, then the 2nd Letter and 3rd Letter menu options are unavailable when a demand is printed for the recall plan. - From the Print menu, select one of the following:
- 1st Letter
- 2nd Letter
- 3rd Letter
- Mailing Labels
The Letter Preview window opens. - To print the letter, select the Print Dialog
button or the Quick Print
button on the letter preview toolbar.
- To close the Letter Preview window, select the Close Preview
button on the letter preview toolbar.
The following prompt displays: Did the letter(s) print correctly? - If the letters printed correctly, select Yes.
The following prompt displays: Do you want to update the recall letter mailing dates indicating a recall letter was mailed today?
- To update the 1st, 2nd or 3rdAct Mailing (actual mailing) date for the recall, select Yes.
- To close the window, select Close.
