View a Voided Charge from the Patient Chart

  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
  2. Select Chart.
    The Patient Lookup window opens.
  3. Select the patient, and then select Find.
    The Patient Chart window opens.
  4. Select the Encounters tab.
  5. Select the desired encounter.
  6. Select the Transactions sub-tab.
    All charges, voided charges, and transactions appear for the encounter.
