Using Report Filter 1
You can use Filter 1 on the Report Filter window to define the date range for which you want the data to appear on the report. Other options found on Filter 1 vary by report (e.g. Encounter Status, Charge Type, Appointment Status, Include/Exclude Unapplied Credits, Aging Dates, etc.), and can be used to include or exclude certain data accordingly.
For example, if on the Appointment Listing report you select No Show in the Appt Statuses field on Filter 1, then only appointments marked as No Show appear on the report.
