Update a Followup with Appointment Date and Time

After an appointment is scheduled in NextGen® Enterprise PM for a follow-up that originated in NextGen® Enterprise EHR, the Appt Date and Appt Time on the follow-up can be updated in both applications.

  1. Access the Appointment Book in NextGen® Enterprise PM.
  2. Open the appointment that was scheduled for the follow-up.
    The Edit Appointment window opens.
  3. Select the Recall/Waitlist tab.
  4. In the Follow Ups section, select the follow-up that corresponds to the appointment.
  5. Right-click on the follow-up and select Update KBM with PM Appt Date.
    The followup is updated with the appointment date and time in NextGen® Enterprise PM and NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
