Custom Reports

Custom reports are available for Health Centers from NextGen Technical Consulting Services. Medicare / Medicaid (Medi-Medi) Report: This report identifies patients who have Medicare as their primary payer and Medicaid as their secondary payer. Encounter Rate Analysis Report: This report generates financial information related to encounter rate billing. Information includes, but is not limited to, the following; Transaction Totals, Total Charges, Encounter Rate Charges, Net Adjustments, Encounter Rate Adjustments, and True Adjustments for a specified date range. Unduplicated Patient Count Report: This report generates a listing and count of patients seen within a specified date range. Each patient is listed only once regardless of the number encounters they have. Patient Demographics Report Title X Report: This report is required annually for grants regarding family planning under Title X, as specified in OMB document no. 0990-0221. Health Center Reports

Health Center reports are accessed from the Reports > Health Center menu in NextGen® Enterprise PM. Health Center reports include the following: Change in A/R without Encounter Rate Qualifying Encounter Sliding Fee Patient Unduplicated Patients In addition to standard filters that are available on most other reports in NextGen® Enterprise PM, such as Rendering, Payer and Location, the Health Center reports also include the following filters for patient information typically collected by Community Health Centers and Tribal Health Services practices: Homeless Status Migrant Worker Status Language Barrier Primary Medical Coverage Public Housing Primary Care School Based Health Center Tribal Affiliation Blood Quantum IHS Eligibility Status Classification/Beneficiary Descendancy Veteran Status Note: To access Health Center reports in NextGen® Enterprise PM, you must have security access rights to the following option in System Administrator: Operations > Reports > Health Center. NextGen® Enterprise EHR Help

Custom Reports

Report Filter allows you to generate, view and print custom created reports. Reports could be built for either a specific practice (that you used to logon to the application) or a specific enterprise (that you used to logon to the application). Note: To create and generate NextGen® Enterprise EHR reports, there must be report types set up in File Maintenance. For the availability of report types, refer to your practice's System Administrator. Title X 2.0 Template Overview

The Title X 2.0 template displays all the Title X 2.0 clinical information recorded for a patient during a family planning encounter. You can review the present and previously recorded patient details for Family Planning Annual Report (FPAR) 2.0. The patient’s recorded Title X 2.0 information is categorized into various panels, such as General, Social History, Confidential History, Assessment / Plan Vital Signs, and Testing and Results. The Title X FPAR 2.0 report is required under the Title X Service Grants and is generated by all family planning clinics receiving the Title X grants. The Office of Population Affairs (OPA) requires all Title X grantees to collect and submit FPAR data at the encounter level for the yearly reporting period, starting January 1 through December 31. The Title X FPAR report 2.0 must be set up and licensed for your practice. When the Title X 2.0 software is installed, the lab tests and the results also appear on the Title X 2.0 template.
