Health Center Reports

Health Center reports are accessed from the Reports > Health Center menu in NextGen® Enterprise PM. Health Center reports include the following: Change in A/R without Encounter Rate Qualifying Encounter Sliding Fee Patient Unduplicated Patients In addition to standard filters that are available on most other reports in NextGen® Enterprise PM, such as Rendering, Payer and Location, the Health Center reports also include the following filters for patient information typically collected by Community Health Centers and Tribal Health Services practices: Homeless Status Migrant Worker Status Language Barrier Primary Medical Coverage Public Housing Primary Care School Based Health Center Tribal Affiliation Blood Quantum IHS Eligibility Status Classification/Beneficiary Descendancy Veteran Status Note: To access Health Center reports in NextGen® Enterprise PM, you must have security access rights to the following option in System Administrator: Operations > Reports > Health Center. State-Specific Reports

Many states have proprietary reports that Health Centers are required to submit to keep their state funding. For example, many state Medicaid plans have special reporting requirements. If these reports cannot be produced by use of the standard reports within NextGen® Enterprise PM, then they may require a custom report. Custom Reports

Custom reports are available for Health Centers from NextGen Technical Consulting Services. Medicare / Medicaid (Medi-Medi) Report: This report identifies patients who have Medicare as their primary payer and Medicaid as their secondary payer. Encounter Rate Analysis Report: This report generates financial information related to encounter rate billing. Information includes, but is not limited to, the following; Transaction Totals, Total Charges, Encounter Rate Charges, Net Adjustments, Encounter Rate Adjustments, and True Adjustments for a specified date range. Unduplicated Patient Count Report: This report generates a listing and count of patients seen within a specified date range. Each patient is listed only once regardless of the number encounters they have. Patient Demographics Report Title X Report: This report is required annually for grants regarding family planning under Title X, as specified in OMB document no. 0990-0221. On the Title X 2.0 template, the General panel displays a patient’s general information. Group Scheduling Reports

Reports in NextGen® Enterprise PM can be generated to include information related to Patient Groups, Group Appointments and Group Encounters. The Patient Groups report lists groups that have been created in either NextGen® Enterprise EHR or NextGen® Enterprise PM, including all patients added to or removed from each group. By default, this report is sorted by patient group name. For more information, go to the NextGen Healthcare Success Community and download the Reports User Guide for NextGen® Enterprise PM . In addition to the Patient Groups report, columns are available on other reports as listed below. These columns can also be used with the Filter 2, Sorting and Totals report filter options.
