Setting Up Statement Messages

Statement Messages involve the following set up in File Maintenance.

• Create individual messages in the Statement Messages master file.
• Create Statement libraries to group individual messages together based on either aging or statement counter.
• Link primary, secondary and tertiary libraries to a specific financial class in the Statement Parameter Mappings master file.
• Link primary, secondary and tertiary libraries to a specific payer in the Payers master file.
