The Case Management system alert displays a list of all open cases on the patient's chart. The list includes the case description, case employer, onset date and case status (active or inactive). The alert appears when you access a patient that has a case within the chart.
The NextGen® Enterprise PM employer alert is based on information on the Notes tab in the Employer master file. The information in the field is used as an alert when the employer is assigned to a case. The notes also appears as read-only text in the Employer Notes section of the Case Management window in NextGen® Enterprise PM.
