Set Up Interval Overrides for an Event

Setting up an override for an event is when you add a duration time to an event that is different from the default duration time.

  1. Select the Admin > Scheduling Admin.
  2. Select the Events tab.
    The Events list opens.

  3. Double-click the applicable event.
    The Edit Event window opens.

  4. Select the Open Menu icon, and then select New.
    The Add Event/Resource Duration Override window opens.

  5. In the Resource field, select a resource.
  6. In the Duration field type or select the duration time.
  7. Select OK.
    The Edit Event window displays with the resource and the duration time added to the Resources/Duration Overrides section of the window.
