Enter all required and optional general case Information, see

Associate a Website to a Case
You can associate Websites with a case. Complete the General Case Information and the Financial Case Information. Select Website. Enter the URL for the pertinent website. Note: You must have internet access to display the desired website. Select GO. If necessary, enter additional websites that would be available from the list. Add Worker's Compensation Information to a Case
If Workers' Compensation is applicable to the case, you can add this information. Complete the General Case Information and the Financial Case Information. Select Worker's Comp. Enter all pertinent information. If necessary, enter Website, and Notes information for the case. If this information is not necessary, select OK to save the case. Add Notes to a Case
Before you begin Complete the following procedures before you enter the notes: Set up General Case Information Set up General Case Information (required) Add Payers and Guarantors to a Case Add Payers and Guarantors to a Case on the Financial Tab (required) Worker's Comp Add Worker's Compensation Information to a Case (optional) Associate a Website to a Case Associate a Website to a Case (optional) Select Notes. Press CTRL+SHIFT+D on your keyboard to enter the date, time, and user name. This will automatically enter the information. Enter information that you want to add to the Case Notes. Select OK. Processes and Procedures for Case Management
The Case Management functionality enables users of the NextGen® Enterprise EHR and NextGen® Enterprise PM applications to group patient encounters based on common data into cases. Cases may include encounter details such as, workers' compensation, occupational health (non-injury), ambulatory care, group health PT. This enables users to submit only the medical-record data of each patient that is required to meet insurance and legal obligations. Add a Case Management Contact
You can select a case contact for each case as desired. Also, you can create a new case contact for a case. Enter all required and optional case information on the General tab. Select the open menu icon. Select New. The Case Contact Lookup window opens. Perform a Case Contact search. Select a Case Contact. Select Close. Parent topic: Set up General Case Information

Create a Case Management Contact
Access the Case Contact Lookup window for a case. Select the open menu icon. The Case Contact window opens. Enter the case contact details and select OK to save the details. Note: The saved case contact details can be modified only in NextGen® Enterprise PM. Except for Name and Role, all other contact details can be modified. Parent topic: Set up General Case Information
