Processes and Procedures for Case Management
The Case Management functionality enables users of the NextGen® Enterprise EHR and NextGen® Enterprise PM applications to group patient encounters based on common data into cases. Cases may include encounter details such as, workers' compensation, occupational health (non-injury), ambulatory care, group health PT. This enables users to submit only the medical-record data of each patient that is required to meet insurance and legal obligations.
