Set Preferences to Search for Coinsurance in Transaction Details

If you are an administrator, you can set preferences to fetch the latest coinsurance amount from previous transactions.

  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
  2. From the Admin menu, select Preferences > Practice.
    The Practice Preferences window opens.
  3. Select Pre-Services in the preference list, and then select the Search for Coinsurance tab.
  4. Select Transaction Details.
    A message appears stating that when transaction history is selected, the system overrides the coinsurance amounts in the contract library.
  5. Select OK.
  6. To set the transaction history date range, select the period from the list, and the start and end dates.
  7. Select OK.
