If your practice uses autoflow to check patients in and out, it is mportant to mark an active batch
 
 
  - Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
 
  - On the main toolbar, select Posting 
 .
   
    The Batch Posting window opens.
   
 
  - Right-click the batch, and then select Set as Active Batch.

 appears next to the batch. The selected batch is set as the active batch.
