Add a Transaction to a Batch

Before you begin

You can add transactions to an active batch for any payments received from the insurance provider and the patient.
  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
  2. On the main toolbar, select Posting .
    The Batch Posting window opens.
  3. Double-click the batch header record.
    The Payment Entry window opens.
  4. Enter the desired payment information.
  5. Select Save.
