Secure a Single Batch in a Batch Group
Note: To set up Batch Groups, have your system administrator select the Enable Batch Groups check box on the  General tab in Practice Preferences.
  
- Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
 - On the main toolbar, select Posting 
.
The Batch Posting window opens. - From the main toolbar, select the Posting 
icon.
The Batch Posting window opens. - To assign batch security to an existing batch, select the appropriate batch header record.
 - Select the open menu  
icon and do one of the following:
- To open an existing batch, select Header.
 - To create a new batch, select New > Batch.
 
 - Modify or enter data in the fields as needed.
 - In the Secured to User field, select the applicable user.
   The Batch Maintenance window opens.
 - In the Members field, select the up arrow and set the number to 1, representing one batch.
 - Select OK.
