You can reprint an archived budget statement, if needed. Reprinting an archived statement does not increment the account-level or encounter-level statement counters.
Note: The option to reprint an archived budget statement is not available for statements that are archived prior to version 5.9.
Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
Select Account.
The Account Lookup window opens.
Enter Search Criteria to search the desired account.
Select Find.
All existing accounts that match the search criteria appear in the Account List section.
Select Account List, and then double-click to open the account.
The Account Profile window opens.
Select the Notes tab.
Select the Budget Statements folder.
A number in parentheses (n) indicates the number of archived budget statements available in the folder for the account.
Date/Time, Insurance Balance, Patient Balance, Print/Export/Electronic, and Creator fields appear on each statement.
Select the budget statement, Right-click the statement, and then select Reprint.
The Print window opens.
Select the desired Printer, Page Range and Number of Copies.
To reprint the budget statement, select Print.
The statement prints and Budget Statements Reprinted significant event is recorded in the guarantor’s Account Profile, on the Notes tab, in the History folder.
Note: Significant events must be enabled from the Admin > Preferences > Significant Events menu.
