The following table describes each button available on the report toolbar in NextGen® Enterprise PM.

Print Report: Select to print the report.

Anesthesia Audit Print Options: Select to view and modify the Anesthesia Audit Print Options.

Preview Report: Select to view a print preview of the report. | |
Memorize Report: Select to memorize and save the current report configuration for future use. The Memorize Report window appears. Enter a name and select a report type for the memorized report, and then select the OK button. Memorized reports are accessed from the Reports button on the main toolbar, or from the Reports menu in NextGen® Enterprise PM. For more information, see Memorizing Reports. | |
Report Filter: Select to access the Report Filter window to make modifications to the report configuration and filters, if needed. For more information, see Setting Report Columns and Filters and . | |
Report Options: Select to access the Report Options window to make modifications to number formats and other print options, if needed. For more information, see Report Filter Options. | |
Customize Header/Footer: Select to access the Customize Report Header/Footer window to make modifications to the header, footer and last page addendum options, if needed. For more information, see . | |
Autosize Columns: Select to automatically resize all columns displayed on the report. To accommodate the data in each column, some columns decrease in width, and others increase in width. For more information, see . | |
Search for Text: Select to access the Find window to search for specific text on the report. Enter the desired text. Matching records are highlighted on the report; the first record is highlighted in orange, and the remaining records are highlighted in yellow. | |
Refresh: Select to refresh the report. The report regenerates to reflect any changes made to the filter configurations and report data is updated. | |
Assign Tasks: Select to create a task for all data sources listed on the report. The Add Tasks from Report window appears. Select the Task Type, Assigned To, and other task parameters as needed. Then select the OK button. | |
Graph Report: Select to graph the report using a specific row and column from the report. For more information, see Graphing a Report. | |
Export to Excel: Select to export the report in Excel ® spreadsheet (.xlsx) format. The Export File Location window appears. Select the Browse button to select the desired file directory for the exported report. Then select the Export button. For more information, see | |
Export to HTML: Select to export the report in HTML (.html) format. The Export File Location window appears. Select the Browse button to select the desired file directory for the exported report. Then select the Export button. For more information, see | |
Export to ASCII: Select to export the report in ASCII (.txt) format. The Export File Location window appears. Select the Browse button to select the desired file directory for the exported report. Then select the Export button. For more information, see | |
Export to My List: Select to save all patients listed on the report to the My Lists tab within the NextGen Care® Population Management Hub. The Save as My List window appears. Add the patient data from the report in NextGen® Enterprise PM to a new list or an existing list in the hub for future access as a cohort. | |
Save as Snapshot: Select to save a 'snapshot' of the report. A snapshot saves an exact image of the report for future reference, including the current configuration/format and the report data. Enter a name for the report snapshot and then select the OK button. Report snapshots are accessed from the Reports menu in NextGen® Enterprise PM. Print Form Templates: Select to print a form template for all data sources listed on the report. The Print Forms window appears. Select the desired form template, printer and number of copies. Then select the Print button.

Print Label Templates: Select to print a label template for all data sources listed on the report. The Print Labels window appears. Select the desired label template, printer and number of copies. Then select the Print button.

Print Letters: Select to print a letter for all data sources listed on the report. The Batch Letters window appears. Select the desired letter, then right-click and select Print or Export.

New Recall Plan: Select to add a new recall plan for patients listed on the report. | |
Stop Recall Plan: Select to stop an existing recall plan for patients listed on the report. | |
Close Report: Select to close the report. |
