When you enter an incorrect charge and modify it after the invoice was billed.
When you add charges after the invoice was billed.
When the payment is not received for a billed invoice.
Note: An invoice in an Unbilled status cannot be rebilled. Only invoices in Billed or History status can be rebilled.
Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
Select Account.
The Account Lookup window opens.
Enter the employer name in the Employer/Last Name field, and then clear the People Accounts check box.
Select Find.
The employer displays in the Account List section.
Double-click the account.
The Account Profile window opens.
Select the Inv Summary tab.
Select the invoice to rebill.
Select Open Menu , and then select Rebill.
The invoice status changes from Billed to Rebill. The invoice can be printed and rebilled now, or it can be printed later in a batch with other unbilled/rebilled invoices.
