Printing Multiple Letters from Appointment Lookup

  1. From the main toolbar, select the ApptList button.
    The Appointment Lookup window opens.
  2. Enter the appropriate Search Criteria to locate the desired appointments.
  3. Select Find.
  4. In the Appointment List section, select the appointments for which letters are to be printed.
  5. Right-click and select Print, and then select Appt Reminder.
    The Demand Appointment Reminder Letters preview window displays the letter for the first appointment selected.
  6. To preview and scroll through letters for other selected appointments, select the blue left/right arrow buttons on the letter preview toolbar.
  7. To print the letters, select the Print Dialog button or the Quick Print button on the letter preview toolbar.
  8. To close the window, select the Close Preview button on the letter preview toolbar.
    The following prompt displays: Did the letter(s) print correctly?
  9. If the letters printed correctly, select Yes.
