NextGen® Enterprise PM

Select the
Lookup
icon on the toolbar.
The
People Lookup
window opens.
Enter the search criteria and select
Find
.
The
Matching Records
list displays the records that meet the search criteria.
Double-click the desired person.
The
Update Person Information
window opens displaying the demographic information of the selected person.
Modify the fields as required and select
OK
to save the changes.

Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Select File > New > Person. The People Lookup window opens. Enter the search criteria and selectFind. TheMatching Recordslist displays the records that meet the search criteria. Double-click the desired person. The Modify Person Information window opens displaying the demographic information of the selected person. Modify the fields as required and selectOKto save the changes. Open NextGen® Optical Management. Select the Find a Patient icon on the toolbar or select Patients > Search. The Patient Lookup window opens. Enter the search criteria and selectFind. TheMatching Recordslist displays the records that meet the search criteria. Right-click the desired patient and select Open from the menu. The Modify Patient Information window opens displaying the demographic information of the selected patient. Modify the fields as required and selectOKto save the changes.
