Add Patient Information in NextGen® Optical Management
Open NextGen® Optical Management. Select the Find a Patient icon on the toolbar or select Patients > Search. The Patient Lookup window opens. SelectNew. TheAdd Patient Informationwindow opens. Modify Person Information in NextGen® Enterprise EHR
Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Select File > New > Person. The People Lookup window opens. Enter the search criteria and selectFind. TheMatching Recordslist displays the records that meet the search criteria. Double-click the desired person. The Modify Person Information window opens displaying the demographic information of the selected person. Modify the fields as required and selectOKto save the changes.
