Modify a Case on the Patient Chart

You can modify a case in NextGen® Enterprise PM at any time.

  1. Access the chart for the patient.
  2. Select the Case Management tab.

  3. Select the open menu icon and select Open. Alternatively, right-click on a case in the Cases window and select Open.
  4. Make any necessary modifications to the selected Case or the related data.
  5. Select OK.
