Generate an Encounters Report for Programs
- Access NextGen® Enterprise PM.
- From the Reports menu, select one of the following reports:
- Daily > Encounters
- Accounts Receivable > Billed Encounters
- Account Receivable > Unbilled Encounters
The NextGen Report Filter window opens. - Select the desired columns, filters and sorting for the report.
- To add program-related columns to the report, select Columns from the Settings List and then select one or more of the following:
- Prog Name (Program Name)
- Prog Desc (Program Description)
- Prog Prim Prov (Program Primary Provider)
- Prog Enroll Dt (Program Enrollment Date)
- Prog Disch Dt (Program Discharge Date)
- To select programs for the report, select Programs from the Settings List and then do the following:
- To include all programs, select the Include ALL records of this type in the report check box. The check box is selected by default.
- To include specific programs, select the Open Record
button. From the Programs window, search and select the desired programs from the Available list on the left, then select the Right Arrow
button to move them to the Included list on the right, and then select OK.
- To exclude specific programs, select the Open Record
button. From the Programs window, search and select the desired programs from the Available list on the left, then select the Right Arrow
button to move them to the Included list on the right, and then select OK. Select the Include ALL data not equal to the selected records check box.
Note: Two Search Methods are available on the Programs window; All Programs (default) and Practice Related. The All Programs button lists all programs created in File Maintenance, and the Practice Related button lists only those programs the practice has access to. - To generate the report, select OK.
The report appears on screen.
