Generate an Anesthesia Concurrency Audit Report

  1. Access NextGen® Enterprise PM.
  2. Select the Encounter button on the main toolbar.
    The Encounter Lookup window opens.
  3. In the Bill Status field, select In Progress.
  4. In the Anesthesia Provider field, do one of the following:
    • To run the report for all providers, leave the field blank.
    • To run the report for specific providers, select check box for the desired providers.
  5. In the Date of Service From and To fields, enter the desired service date range for the audit report.
  6. Select Find.
    The Encounter List section of the window lists all encounters matching the search criteria entered.

  7. In the Encounter List section, select the encounters to include in the audit report.
  8. Right-click and select Anesthesia Concurrency Audit.
    The following prompt displays: Confirm concurrency audit report processing for the n selected encounter(s)?
  9. To continue, Select OK.
    The Anesthesia Concurrency Audit report displays.

    The best practice is to commit the report after all failed encounters are corrected and only blue or green messages are left on the report. For more information on correcting encounters with red/failed messages, see Concurrency Audit Report Messages.
