Generate a Significant Events Report
Access NextGen® Enterprise PM. From the Reports menu, select General, and then Significant Events. The NextGen Report Filter window appears. Select the desired Columns, Filters, and Sorting for the report. To generate the report, select OK. The report displays on screen. Parent topic: Significant Events Report

NextGen Enterprise PM
Access the NextGen® Enterprise PM. From the Admin menu, select Preferences, and then Significant Events. The Significant Event Information window opens. Select or deselect the check box for the desired System Level, Enterprise Level or Practice Level significant events. To save changes and close the window, select OK. Significant Events Report
The Significant Events report provides an audit trail for specific user activity that has occurred within the NextGen Enterprise applications. These are known as significant events. When a significant event occurs, a message is recorded in each patient's chart. The message includes the name of the user that performed the event, the date/time the event occurred, and both pre-modification and post-modification information. Some significant events are System Level and are recorded for all practices in all enterprises. Other events are Enterprise Level and are recorded for all practices within the same enterprise. Other events are Practice Level and are recorded for the practice(s) in which they have been enabled. Significant Events
In System Administrator, you can select NextGen® Enterprise PM and NextGen® Enterprise EHR system, enterprise, or practice-level significant events for logging and auditing purposes. You can access this same significant events list in NextGen® Enterprise PM, but you can only report on the events in NextGen® Enterprise PM and NextGen® Enterprise EHR. All significant events are enabled by default the first time you access them.
