If the information is not combined on some reports, you can "drill-down" to look at the detailed record.
As you move the mouse cursor over a record on the report, the cursor changes to a "drill-down" cursor. Double-click the record to look at the data source.
For example, if you double-click on an encounter-based item on the report, the encounter record opens.
If you make any changes to the record, select Refresh on the report toolbar to update the report with the modified information.
