Drilling Down to Show Report Details

If the information is not combined on some reports, you can "drill-down" to look at the detailed record.

• As you move the mouse cursor over a record on the report, the cursor changes to a "drill-down" cursor. Double-click the record to look at the data source.

  For example, if you double-click on an encounter-based item on the report, the encounter record opens.

• If you make any changes to the record, select Refresh on the report toolbar to update the report with the modified information.
