Delete Provider Credentials

When Enable Provider Credential Billing is not enabled in Enterprise Preferences > General, a provider's credentials can be deleted, if needed.
  1. Access the Modify Provider Information window for a provider.
  2. Select the Credentialing tab.
    Credentials for the provider are listed on the tab.
  3. To delete a credential, select the item from the list and then select Open Menu and select Delete.
    The following prompt displays: Do you want to Delete the record?
  4. To delete the credential, select Yes.
    The credential is deleted and removed from the list.
