Delete a Transaction Batch

You can delete one or more transaction batches from the Batch Posting window.

You cannot delete the Transaction Approval Hold (TRAH) batches if there are transactions in the batch. You can delete the TRAH batches only when the date is the current date.

  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
  2. On the main toolbar, select Posting .
    The Batch Posting window opens.
  3. In the Existing Batches section, select the batch to delete.
  4. Right-click, and select Delete.
    A message appears asking you for confirmation to delete the batch, and its associated transactions.
  5. Select OK.
    The selected batch, and its associated transactions are deleted.
