Daily Charges Report Columns

This report contains fields that can be identified as Protected Content in Enterprise Preferences. These fields identify a patient's sexual orientation and gender identity (SOGI). If any of these fields are identified as protected content fields, then you must have the appropriate security access rights to view the data in these fields.

Filter 1

Use parameters to filter data on the report:

Create Date: Include charges with a Create Date within a date range.
Process Date: Include charges with a Process Date within a date range.
Service Date: Include charges with a Service Date within a date range.
Outsource Date: Include outsourced charges with an Outsource Date within a date range.
Outsource Aging: Include outsourced charges within an aging range (in days).
Charge Type: Include/exclude charges by type. Select Encounter and/or Invoice.
Slide %: Include charges where the Sliding Fee adjustment is within a percentage range.
Void Charges: Include/exclude voided charges. Select either Only, Exclude, or Include All (default).
Case: Include/exclude charges on encounters linked to a case. Select either Only, Exclude, or Include All (default).
Outsource: Include/exclude outsourced charges. Select either Only, Exclude, or Include All (default).
No Encounter for [n] Days: Include charges for patients that have not had an encounter within a number of days.

Outsource Date: Include outsourced charges with an Outsource Date within a date range.
Outsource Aging: Include outsourced charges within an aging range (in days).
Charge Type: Include/exclude charges by type. Select Encounter and/or Invoice.
Slide %: Include charges where the Sliding Fee adjustment is within a percentage range.
Void Charges: Include/exclude voided charges. Select either Only, Exclude, or Include All (default).
