Create an Archived Statement

  1. To create an archived statement, do one of the following:
    1. Print or Export an Individual Account Statement.
    2. Print or Export an Individual Patient Statement.
    3. Print or Export Batch Statements.
  2. Select Update Last Statement Dates, and then select Print or Export.
    A message appears confirming that the statements are printed or exported correctly.
  3. Do one of the following:
    1. If the statements printed or exported correctly, select Yes.
      An image of each statement is now archived in the guarantor’s Account Profile, on the Notes tab, in the Statements folder.
    2. If the statements did not print or export correctly, select No.
      An image of the statement is not archived.
