View an Archived Statement

  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
  2. Select Account.
    The Account Lookup window opens.
  3. Enter the employer name, and then select Find.
  4. Select the desired guarantor, and then select Open.
    The Account Profile window opens.
  5. Select Notes.
  6. From the Folders list, select Statements.
    A number in parentheses (n) indicates the number of archived statements available in the folder for the account.

    The section on the right displays the Date/Time, Insurance Balance, Patient Balance, Print/Export/Electronic, and Creator for each statement.

  7. To open and view an archived statement, do one of the following:
    1. Double-click to open the desired statement.
    2. Right-click on the desired statement and select Open from the menu.
      The Statement Preview window displays an image of the original statement, including header, body, and footer information.
  8. When finished viewing, select Close Preview on the statement toolbar.
