View an Archived Statement
- Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
- Select Account.
The Account Lookup window opens.
- Enter the employer name, and then select Find.
- Select the desired guarantor, and then select Open.
The Account Profile window opens.
- Select Notes.
- From the Folders list, select Statements.
A number in parentheses (n) indicates the number of archived statements available in the folder for the account.
The section on the right displays the Date/Time, Insurance Balance, Patient Balance, Print/Export/Electronic, and Creator for each statement.
- To open and view an archived statement, do one of the following:
- Double-click to open the desired statement.
- Right-click on the desired statement and select Open from the menu.
The Statement Preview window displays an image of the original statement, including header, body, and footer information.Note: The display of a header on all pages or first page only, and a footer on all pages or last page only, is dependent on settings in Practice Preferences > Forms.
- When finished viewing, select Close Preview
on the statement toolbar.
