The Options configuration enables you to format numbers and specify other print options for a report.
Open the Configuration Options list for the desired enhanced report.
In the Configuration Options list on the left, select Options.
The Options window opens.
Note: : The Report Options available for selection are the same on all reports.
In the Show Negative Numbers section, select one of the following formats for negative numbers in the report.
Normally (default) -$250.00
In Parentheses ($250.00)
With a Trailing Sign $250.00-
In the Show All Numbers section, select any or both of the following options for numbers in the report.
Without Cents: Rounds the amount to the nearest dollar amount. For example, $50.25 appears as $50, and $100.75 appears as $101.
Except Zero: Prints all numbers in the report except zeros. The zero amounts appear as blank instead of $0.00.
In the Print Options section, select one of the following page formats for the report.
Landscape
Portrait
In the Print Options section, select one or more of the following options for the report.
Center Report on Page: Centers all columns in the report between the left and right margins on the page. If this check box is not selected, all columns shift closer to the left margin.
Column Text Wrapping: Moves text that exceeds column width to additional lines within the column. If the check box is not selected, only the text that fits in one line in the column is displayed and any additional text is truncated.
Double Space Detail Lines: Includes double-space for all detail lines in the report for additional room between lines. If this check box is not selected, all detail lines are single-spaced in the report.
Note: This setting does not affect the display of the report on the screen. It affects Print Preview and Print only.
Do one of the following:
To further customize the report, select the desired filter from theConfiguration Optionslist.
To generate the report using the current configuration options, selectRefresh Report.
To memorize or save the current configuration options for the report, selectSave Report Options.
To close the configuration options window, selectClose.
