Configure Sorting for an Enhanced Report
The Sorting configuration allows you to use columns to sort and group the data on a report.
- Access the Configuration Options window for the desired enhanced report.
- In the Configuration Options list on the left, select Sorting.
The Sorting window appears.Note: The Sorting options (columns) available for selection are different on each report.
- Modify the Sorting options as needed for the report.
Select a column, and then select one of the following check boxes for the column:
- Ascending: To sort numerical data from lowest to highest, and alphabetical data from A to Z.
- Descending: To sort numerical data from highest to lowest, and alphabetical data from Z to A.
- To group data on the report by a selected column, select the Group By check box.
- To arrange the selected columns in the desired sort order, for example primary sort, secondary sort, etc, highlight a column and then select the blue up and down arrow buttons to move the position of the column.
- When finished, do one of the following:
- To configure additional filters for the report, select the desired Configuration Options on the left.
- To generate the report, select the Refresh Report button.
