Add, Modify, or Delete an Immunization Registryplate

You can print an existing daily or weekly template on paper, when needed. The template gets printed on paper the same as it appears on the Edit Template window, including categories, locations, and time slot overbooking allowances.

  1. In NextGen® Enterprise PM, select Admin > Scheduling Admin.
    The Scheduling Administration window opens.
  2. Select the Weekly Templates or Daily Templates tab.
  3. From the list weekly templates, select the template to be printed.
  4. Select the Open Menu button and select Open.
    The Edit Template window opens.
  5. Select Print.
    The template gets printed on the Default Printer defined in thePrinting tab of the User Preferences window, or Practice Preferences window.

    The Template Name gets printed on the top of the page, and the current Date gets printed at the bottom of the page.
