Access the Patient Chart or Balance Control from the Report
An encounter listed on the History/Non-History Status report can be reviewed in more detail by accessing the Patient Chart or Balance Control window directly from the report.
- Generate the History/Non-History Status report.
- From the report, hover over the desired encounter to access the "drill-down"
cursor.
- Do one of the following:
- Right-click and select Chart from the menu.
The with the selected encounter highlighted on the left.
- Right-click and select Balance Control from the menu.
The Balance Control window displays for the selected encounter.
- Right-click and select Chart from the menu.
