You can reduce the number of master files listed to only those that are used by a specific product. The products that you are licensed for display under
Master Files underneath
System and
Practice on the
File Maintenance window. When you select a product, the master files related to that product are displayed in the File Maintenance desktop area. For example, if you select
PM and you are licensed for
Chart Tracking, the
Chart Tracking master files are included in the master file list. If you are not licensed for Chart Tracking, those master files do not display. You can search for a master file by selecting Ctrl + F and then entering the master file name in the search box.
You can view only the master files specific to the following:
