Task Workgroups
You can create Task Workgroups that contain users who are designated to perform a specific type of task. Task Workgroups provide an efficient way of assigning tasks to all relevant users at once. For example, you can create a Task Workgroup named Billers that includes all the users who bill patients. When you create a task, you can assign the task to a Task Workgroup in the NextGen® Enterprise PM Worklog. You can assign the default Task Workgroup when you set up task types in the Task Types master file.
You can also assign one or more locations to a Task Workgroup.
