Crystal Report Viewed | Tracks when users view Crystal Reports in NextGen® Enterprise EHR. |
EHR Report Exported | Tracks when users export NextGen® Enterprise EHR reports. |
Enterprise Credit Card Processing Settings Changed | Indicates credit card processing settings have been changed at the enterprise level. |
Document Management Batch Cancelled | Creates a significant event when a batch is canceled. |
Document Management Batch Created | Creates a significant event when a batch is created. |
Document Management Batch Name Changed | Creates a significant event when a batch name is changed. |
Document Management Batch Posted | Creates a significant event when a batch is posted. |
Document Management Batch Unlocked | Creates a significant event when a batch is unlocked. |
Document Management Image Recalled from Patient Portal, Image not viewed | Creates a significant event when images that have not been viewed are recalled from NextGen® PxP Portal. |
Document Management Image Recalled from Patient Portal, Image viewed | Creates a significant event when images that have been viewed are recalled from NextGen® PxP Portal. |
Document Management Image Sent to Patient Portal, all pages viewed | Creates a significant event when images are sent to NextGen® PxP Portal and the pages of those images have been viewed. |
Document Management Image Sent to Patient Portal, Expedited preview | Creates a significant event when images sent to NextGen® PxP Portal have been previewed. |
Document Management PAQ Item Accepted | Tracks any time an item is accepted in the PAQ. |
Document Management PAQ Item Added | Tracks any time an item is added in the PAQ. |
Document Management PAQ Item Reassigned | Tracks any time an item is reassigned in the PAQ. |
Document Management PAQ Item Rejected | Tracks any time an item is rejected in the PAQ. |
DRAU Appointment Lookup | Tracks the details of the event when a DRAU authorized user searches for NextGen® Enterprise PM archived appointments information. |
DRAU Significant Event Lookup | Tracks the details of the event when a DRAU authorized user searches for NextGen® Enterprise PM archived significant events information. |
DRAU Worklog Manager Lookup | Tracks the details of the event when a DRAU authorized user searches for archived NextGen® Enterprise PM tasks. |
Invalid Login Attempt - Username/Password | Tracks when users enter an invalid value for the User and Password fields or tries to log on with the fields blank. |
Memorized Report Deleted | Tracks any time a memorized report is deleted. |
Multiple Station Logon Limit Exceeded | Tracks any time the Number of Concurrent Logons exceeds the value allowed as per the Maximum Number of Concurrent Logons universal preference. To view the setting, see Universal Preferences, General Options tab. |
Multiple Station Logon Not Allowed | Tracks when logging on to multiple stations/sessions is not allowed, but attempt is made to log on to multiple stations/sessions. |
New User Added | Tracks when new users are created in System Administrator and records user, workstation used, date, and time. |
Page Imported | Creates a system-level significant event when users perform a file, page, or directory import. This event does not track auto directory import. The significant event record appears on the Image Properties window in NextGen® Document Management. |
Page Scanned | Tracks when users scan a page. This significant event appears only on the Significant Event report. |
Person/Patient Lookup Criteria | Displays the patient records that users have searched for. If the event is enabled, and when you search for a person or patient, the application records the search criteria. For example, if you search for John Doe with a birthdate of 01/01/1950, the following event is recorded: (Last): Doe, (First/Preferred): John, (DOB): 01/01/1950 |
Reports Ran By User | Creates a practice-level significant event to track the details of report generation every time a user runs a report. The Significant Event message contains the following information: User who ran the report. Date and time that the report completed. The Filter Criteria used to run the report (as printed in the report footer) displays in the Post Mod column. |
Security Item Modified | Tracks security rights that are modified for user groups in System Administrator. The information is recorded as a system-level significant event in the Security Item Modified, Group: <group name> format, along with whether it is an OPERATIONS orMODULES right, the security right name, its previous and current settings, and the user who made the change. |
Service Item Modified | Tracks all pricing updates made to SIMs that result from SIM Pricing Templates. The details that this significant event logs includes the SIM Library Configuration applied, who performed the update, and when it occurred. In addition to updates initiated by users, the tracking includes changes made by SIM Pricing Template Updates in NextGen® Background Business Processor. You can view significant events of this type in the Service Item library > Notes/Significant Events tab. |
Valid Login | Tracks each time a user logs on to any NextGen® Enterprise application. |
Valid Logout - EHR | Tracks each time a user logs off NextGen® Enterprise EHR. |
Valid Logout - PM | Tracks each time a user logs off NextGen® Enterprise PM. |
Valid Logout - Document Management | Tracks each time a user logs off NextGen® Document Management. |
