You can modify report options to change how numbers display and how the report prints. You can also save the changes in a memorized report. If you change the report options and then memorize the report, the changes save with the report.
Do one of the following:
From the report display, select Report Options on the Report toolbar.
From the report display, right-click and then select Options.
From the Report Filter window, select Options.
The Report Options window opens.
Set your settings for the report.
