Set Up New Multi-View Group

  1. Under Multi-View Groups, select Open Menu , and then select New.
    The New Multi-View Group window opens.

  2. Enter a new name for the multi-view group, and then select OK.
    The group name displays in the Multi-View Groups field.
  3. On the Multi View tab, select the resources to be a part of this multi-view group.
    The selected resources appear in your resource list. They also display in your Multi-View appointment window.
  4. To change the list order of the resources, highlight a resource, and then select or to move it up or down.
  5. To create another multi-view group, repeat steps 1 thru 4.
  6. After you set up the multi-view groups, select the group in the Default multi-view group field that you want to use as the default when users initially open the appointment book.
  7. Select the maximum number of resources to display on windows.
  8. If you want event colors to display in the scheduled slots of the Weekly Schedule and Multi-View tabs of the Appointment Book, select the Display event color in scheduled slots check box.
  9. You can rename or delete a group by selecting Open Menu , and then select Rename or Delete.
